Mario moveD to London in 2000 to study Advertising at the London College. After working for some of the most influential photographers he maDE the leap into his own practice with a first editorial publication in The Face magazine. During this time he workED on editorial shoots and advertising campaigns travelling extensively collaborating with clients in Europe and abroad.

In 2008 his first solo show opened in Shoreditch, East London at the Maverick Gallery with Feminal gaining international attention following a Sky documentary on his work. In most recent years he has been developing his portfolio of works blending different styles of photography into a unique narrative that encompass editorial, portraiture and personal work.
